"Absolute shambles !!!!"

A review of RSPCA Greater Manchester Animal Hospital by Bella booboo written on Monday 18th of September 2017

I have just spent 3 -1/2 hours sat in this place and it was a joke !

Firstly I spent 3 full days ringing Salford RSPCA ! Without one person answering the phone we had to drive 25miles to see a vet hitch was an absolute joke

We brought. The cat in to get a stitch out of her lip and ended coming home after 3 1/2 hrs sat waiting for nothing !

When we arrived there was 2 staff sat behind the counter just gossiping !

E went and sat in the waiting room in which there was 11 people waiting to be seen after 3/4 of hr with no one going in consultating room finally 1person went in, then after they came out it was 20minutes before anyone else getting called in to see vet !

This went on for three hours absolute shambles! No communication it's clients that were waiting we went to the window to find the same to behind reception swinging on her chair laughing at t what the receptionist was telling her !

People's temper s er getting up t not being told nothing about the delay in being seen !

After asking reception what delay was and getting no decent reply we left at 4pm without being seen !

There was still 17 people waiting to be seen at 4pm !

If this place is what people are donating money for to keep open then your being had !

Just because people are on benefits ,,, PLEASE TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT !.
