"Mis-sold lead time"

We recently signed up to Vaioni and were given an advisory lead time of 35 working days and told this could change depending on the survey. After the survey we weren't updated on the lead time which ended up being 77 days (4 months) and caused a huge number of problems including financial loss.

In response to a complaint, they wouldn't take responsibility that they could have communicated this potential for an extended lead time better..
