"Poor time waiting"

One time I took my poorly dog to this RSPCA centre and we was waiting for 3 hours to be seen and bearing in mind my dogs appointment was at 9.00am and I was seen at 12.30pm so I wasted 3 hours of my time waiting to be seen when I could of gone to a different RSPCA centre will not go there again!.
